charges on phone bill

My daughter has had an account with you and I have cancelled it twice.She does not have our permission to have this and I would appreciate it if you would not allow her to open an account again. I have been paying over a one hundred dollars every month and I do not want my phone charged for this service any more I would appreciate you not charging my phone. My daughters name is Jayla Davis and her email address is jayladavis98@yahoo.com. Thank you and dont charge my phone again. She does not have my permission for this service.
