I took advantage of the FREE trial that Instaflex offered. They have since sent me two 90 count bottles that I did not order and have charged my bank account $74.98. I want this stopped immediately and want my bank account credited as well.

Be sure to file bank disputes within the 60 day dispute period, measured from the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges, to dispute under FRB Reg. E (for checking account debit cards or other EFT), or under FCBA (for credit cards). This is key, as the most effective way to recover your money is through bank disputes, and if you let them run out the dispute period, it is likely that your money is lost, as it is economically ineffective to sue over these small amounts.
File complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General, with the U.S. Postal Inspector, and at www.ic3.gov
"Instaflex Support" told me that I had passed the return period and too bad. I am contacting my bank to see what I can do, but whoever reads this be advised to AVOID THE INSTAFLEX scam!!!!!
