Never sent item ordered

Ordered a necklace for a friends birthday which never came. I have attempted to email this company several times with complaints to find out why the necklace ordered was not sent to me. The order that I made for this purchase continues to say that the item is pending, online. No one has contacted me as of yet to explain why this happened, and why I did not recieve the item that I purchased. This company is terrible, and I will never order from HomeBello again. RIPEOFF, SCAM ARTISTS

Their response to my enquiry:
Your [***] order was [***] canceled because the [***] goods were on [***] back order. Call the [***] ombudsmon, whatever the [***] that is and tell them that we [***] up your [***] christening on [***] monday.
My email to homebello after almost 6 attempts to get in touch with them (I was irate and had a good reason to write the below- thought it would get their attention and it did! ...
Were is my fkn order? I am now furious at your service! you have not given me any comfort or explanation to the status of my order. And WTF is Josh? He told me that I will recieve my goods via express service and still nothing! I want this delivery now. I have a christening on Sunday 2 Dec, that I am now going to giftless.
