received 14 calls from 305-602-4289, claiming I will be arrested and have to go to court if I don't pay them for an attempt to defraud a credit card company. I replied with I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy and she claimed that would not cover this debt and I will still go to prison for fraud !!! Never told me what supposed credit card ?? they also started calling my facebook friends!!! and telling them to pay in order to keep me out of jail.

    File complaints with the FTC and your state AG.
    Making threats of arrest IS illegal!

    Basically a phone extortion racket.
    That is confirmed by their blatantly illegal calls and threats to your friends.
    They may not even have any real "debt" at all, discharged or not.
    Might have just found your information somewhere, maybe even due to your bankruptcy, and figured you were ripe for a con.
