United Auto Defense

I would like to file a complaint with this company. Craig had contacted us that we were delinquent on our bill and tried everyday possible to have us continue our policy, which he said he would mail to us or send by email. To date we have not received any document as to when our policy or confirmation that it is legitimate.  Our current warrant for our car is not over until June 2016, however, Craig said that our warrant was effective the month that we agreed to extend it which was June 2015. It didn't make sense why a policy would be effective a year out and told him we are paying double. I would provide further details on our information if it is possible to get refunded for the five months we have paid into this warranty which is a scam based on complaints on the website.
