Lost Baggage and very poor service at Istanbul international Lounge

25th February 2014 I travelled from Lahore via Istambul to Houston. Upon my arrival 2 of my bags were missing (One Cabin Hand bag & one suit case American Tourister, Maroon color) The file reference IAHTK10730.
Today is 5th day and every time i call the Turkish Lost and found number, They told me that till now they could not locate our baggages yet. I also called Turkish Airlines in Istanbul and had an extremely difficult time trying to firstly hear the agent on the other side of the line they were unable to assist me despite me giving them all the required information (tag numbers, flight numbers, boarding pass etc.) The contents of my Missing Baggage are probably worth more than $ 12000 As it contains expensive Bridal suits because of my Sons wedding planned after 12 days. Every one at our Family is so upset and frustrated what to do and what not because it took 50 days to Design and then make those dresses by a designer ?
I even tried calling Local Houston Turkish Office and they simply are saying that when ever they will find we will get it. Its strange that the misplaces Bag has a TAG ( TK 616496) and they canot locate where our Bag is ???

The message clearly reveals that they have high volumes of Lost baggages. Perhaps BBC should look into this and use this information when they next interview the CEO of Turkish Airline. I urge all customers of Turkish airlines who have experienced the same sort of treatment to visit blog sites and social media sites to expose the poor service they are giving. I have no idea how they could have been voted Europe’s best airline ?????
This is absolutely the worst airline experience our family has ever had and we have traveled on many different airlines despite the cheap prices and never had any complain, I highly recommend that people do not travel on Turkish Airlines.
