I don't even want to start this mess.  Waiting for assistance, being lied to about "we will have it taken care of" charged for things you did not sign up for knowing that nothing will be done.  Just for example:  we just got dtv and have been charged for at least 8 movies - unseen of course, bill has tripled while the quality of the service is below acceptable -no internet speed, no quality, no deal!  att is the WORST as far as internet speed.   YOU ARE ALL GIVEN HONORABLE MENTION FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.  Do you have a training program for the agents who greet you with a thug-like attitude before you even open your mouth.  I will just skip all of the useless stressful mess and am having attorney.  Not just my pro bono attorney but quite a growing crowd.   I have proof of their knowledge that they are abusing the consumer and think they are getting away with it.   Well, this is just a money game for them - they are being exposed a little at a time but it is way too slow and tiresome (just like your product) to keep on waiting for change from the companies that should be eradicated -  so, have a nice day.
