Fraud email about me owing money

Well scammers are out again, claiming I owe CAA money which I never took a loan from. Of course I looked it up and found out these or scams and I’m going to send it to my States Attorney General. What a good rule of thumb is a big company specially a collection agencies won’t have @outlook or @gmail they will have @whatever their name is. And no phone number.
