I canceled directv and guess what they said I owed them crazy money. So I let it go into collections and then RPM settled the amount owed for a lesser then the amount owed. Now they sent the remaining balance to another collection department. I explained to all of the parties that this account is settled legally. Well I am now getting a lawyer to sue Directv for harrassment because directv is calling plus this other collection department. I had faxed over to directv and to the collection department a copy of all 3 of my credit reports stating that this bill is paid in full for lesser then the amount owed and they are still calling to collect. ******HARRASSMENT*******and ********INDIRECT HARRASSMENT*******

    Your lucky you are only being harrassed by Directv. They drained my bank account saying they had the right to access my account for the final bill. It isn't the final bill, they are charging me for receivers that I am still waiting for the boxes they were supposed to have sent a month ago and the money they took was to pay for the LP gas I need for heat in the middle of a cold snap. So now, at 62, I have no heat and no money to pay for any other place to stay for myself and my 3 chihuahuas.
