Ida Turnowsky from TRS 800-915-1016 ext: 3108 called my workplace...I am not allowed to receive a phone call from my workplace...If a repeated call happens! I might be terminated from my job...Her call must be treated as first and last call...Warning!!!!

    If you have told them you cannot receive their calls at work, then they are in violation of FDCPA if they continue to call, and you can sue them.

    To strengthen your case, should you need to sue, send them notice to cease calling your workplace, and mail it certified, so you can prove they received it by confirming with the USPS website.  Include in your notice that you have already told them on the phone to cease calling you at work.

    Have you received any letter from them?
    Are they attempting to collect on a check?
    If so, is it a check you actually wrote, or are they contacting you in error?
