Dear Sir,
   My Consumer Number is 608773 by name of M.A.Abbas here we have lots problems in door delivery.The delivery man who come to my home, has asking extra amount to deliver the cylinder. If i give the correct amount, he said for this amount you only come to the office and collect the cylinder.I have booked gas for home delivery on 22.12.2008 but till today 30.12.2008 not yet delivered.Whenever i go to office or make phone calls for asking why cylinder has not deliver means the distributor said this is the rule that means you only book the cylinder after one month of delivery and we delivered the cylinder after one week or ten days ok booking date.That is on the last month i have book cylinder on 10.11.2008 and delivered on 22.11.2008. and this month i booked on 22.12.2008 and not yet delivered.

    I'm sorry to say, we are facing much problems due to this type of service and it is regular happening with our distributor.

    My Consumer No.601088 by name Annamma.We have lote of probilum with our Dealer,Nenco Gas Service, Mannancherry P O,Alapuzha-688 538. Dealer code is 511880 I have applied for an additional cylinder on 08/06/2007. My booking Reg. No. 1754.I came to know through news paper that, the ageancy is issuing additional cylinder up to Reg No.2000.I ask my gas delivary man to collect additional cylinder. He demanded Rs. 2000 (two thousand)for additional cylinder.When I approched the Delars office they also  stick on same prise.They are forsed to pay me .They will issue the bill of gas & security money.When i asked about balance money they offered one none stick pan.When I refused that offer they told me that your additional connection is not allotted. I want to know it is true.

    Dear Sir,
    My Consumer Number is 627270 by name of Mr. J.Praveen Kumar .Here we have lots of problems in door delivery.The delivery man always come after 2 weeks of Booking cylinder. If I give a complain to the Complain Incharge then i will hear that the gas will come tomorrow (but for them  tomorrow always comes after atleast 2 weeks).I have booked gas for home delivery on 29.11.2011 but till today 14.12.2011 not yet delivered.Whenever i  make phone calls for asking why cylinder has not deliver means the distributor said this is the rule that means you only book the cylinder after one month of delivery and we delivered the cylinder after 20 or 25 days of booking date.

    We are reallyfacing lots of  problems due to this type of service and it is regular happening with our distributor.

    My consumer no is 504906,P-13 Tara Apartments,Kalkaji New Delhi.

    I booked my cylinder on 21 March 2014,Booking no 225479.This was the Eleventh cylinder out of subsidy which i should have availed..>My booking no in year 2013-2014 were 294324,203803,222080,234157,246188,254906 was cancelled as i was out of Delhi,256948,262546,271513,284351,293334 for Rs 1200.40,208523..Why i did not get this subsidy cylinder even when the booking was done on 21 March 2014.Your dealer Fairdeals,D-18 DDA Market,East of Kailash,ND110065 is responsible for doing this unethical work.Kindly let me know how would you take action in this case.9810308380.Poornima Agarwal
