continuous unsolicited calls

We received 2-3 calls per day from 509-221-3648. Sometimes no one speaks when we answer the phone, other times they say they are calling about a prescription which no one in our home takes. We have repeatedly asked them not to call that we are not interested but they continue to call. With the last call I was very nice, and asked who was calling and was told it was "Gary from US Medical Group". Once again I told him we were not interested and to please not call again
In the past I have tried calling back on the phone number after empty calls and get the message that the phone number is "no longer in service".
Our phone number is registered with the "do not call list".
How can we make them stop calling?

You people are lucky, these arrogant Bas***ds are calling my house at least 15 to 20 times a day....without exagerating!!! They are driving me up the wall. I dont know what to do anymore? HELP!!
