I ordered some products from this company , they took 49.00  out of my account, they will not answer any e-mails , tey have no phone number or address, not even a town or state.  I blew this from not doing my homework. So please be careful with this so called company

    If they didn't deliver, dispute their fraudulent charges through your bank immediately, and close the account to block additional fraud.

    I've been waiting over 30 days -I received one response from someone who claimed they were moving there warehouse so all orders are backup and to be patient.....WELL THEY SHOULD HAVE WAITED PATIENTLY TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD!!

    Im a female, i ordered 3 dvds in one order and another in another order on the same day, it's been like 2 weeks and i tryed emailing but no response, ive tried calling that number but its not a real number! Quickdvddeliverys.com was too good to be true, cheap good dvds for a damn good price, hell no.........dont do it!!!!!!!!! It will be the biggest mistake of your dvd buying life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Same for me website is registered to Douglas Steimel and George Winters out of West Chester Pa  address on file is a UPS store Mail Drop and all phone numbers are bogus. Ordered a month ago (3/22/10)  got same story they were moving their office that was 3 weeks ago, emailed several times offer to pay for expedited delivery and or asked for tracking numbers and never received any more responses.. BIG TIME RIP-OFF

    I also ordered dvds from this company and never received them. The links on the order confirmation actually take you to dvdempire.com. I called them today and they have no idea who this "company" is. They told me that they believe this "company" is fraudulently using hyper links to their website and they are going to investigate on their end. They also advised me to contact my bank and file a fraud claim with them. I also contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint with them. I would advise you all to do the same. Maybe if they get enough complaints they might do something.

    I ordered from this company also and never got my products. I am working with the bank right now trying to track them down. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. If anyone has more info on them you can email me at cliff_betcher@yahoo.com

    i have ordered from them last year took a month or so for my dvds to arrive but they did i just ordered from them again about 4 weeks ago havent got anything yet now im getting worried

    I just ordered last week and got the same message, they were moving their warehouse.  However, I received a shipping confirmation from stamps.com, just saying it was electronic notification.  I called stamps.com, that just meant they printed the shipping label.  I paid for priority shipping, it is supposedly shipped first class, already lost 2 bucks on that, and that was my red flag.  I guess their scheme is to print a two dollar label, so it looks like it was shipped or being shipped, and make a profit off the rest.  I have already contacted my bank to get the fraud process going.  Anyone thinking of ordering from these tools, DON'T DO IT.  You eventually get your money back, but it's not worth the hassle.

    I would like to file a bbb complaint on these guys  tried a search on bbb for them with no luck  anyone who has been able to please post here company name you were able to chase down on this company.  The site seems to share it's registration and several other dvd companys are all registered to same guy, unfortunately the bbb website can't seem to locate it by quickdvddelivery.com. Please post so we can all join complains (class action???)

    I've ordered twice from this company. Once in Jan. 2009 and I have to admit that I was ready to file a complaint with my credit card company after a few weeks going by and nothing and no response to my e-mail. It took almost a month but I finally got my order entirely. It wasn't a great experience but the price is such a bargain I decided to tempt faith and see how it would go this time around. To my amusement, I received my order in less than 1 week and I live in the opposite coast of this company (they are in PA and I'm in CA). I placed my order Sat 9/25/10, the order status page said my order shipped on Mon 9/27 and today is Fri 10/1 and I've received all the titles that I ordered. Possibly this company has cleaned up their act. I recommend those who buy from them to chose paypal as the payment option. That's how I paid for my second order. Paypal has a pretty easy system to file a dispute against the seller if there are any problems so my guess is this company doesn't want money withdrawn from their bank account so they actually ship the dvds.

    Warning this company will take your money" and not reply your emails or get the phone! This happend to me, they have [***] shipping and now i'm out of $65.00 I HAVE NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE AVOIDING MY EMAILS. "STILL" WAITING ON MY ORDER", IT'S BEEN WEEKS AND NOTHING YET. I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

    I have been waiting for my order...I placed it before Christmas,paid with my credit card......I will take this company to court,,,they rip people off,,,,I WANT MY  MONEY BACK.....Do not order from this company
