We have had a nightmare with Thomasville.  People need to understand the Thomasville that was our parents and grandparents is not the same as THOMASVILLE being made in China and Mexico today.
Go to the Thomasville Facebook page and post your complaints.  Also join me on Facebook at BOYCOTT THOMASVILLE to post your stories and complaints and to read about my Thomasville Nightmare.  Post your stories on pissedconsumer.com they are a very well visited site.

Our Thomasville sofa is two years old and the frame is broken. Not expecting any help when I call the store given all the complaints I've now seen online. Total garbage but I can't afford to replace it since losing my job. I thought Thomasville was quality but clearly I was wrong. There just isn't any manufacturer you can trust or rely on anymore. Add Thomasville to he list of money-grubbing frauds.

I would suggest to everyone to NOT PURCHASE ANY THOMASVILLE CRAP.  Sofa and Loveseat for $3300 -- both have had to go back to be repaired within the first year because the springs have pooped out.  Got one of them back and it was filled with pieces of metal and staples.  It it pure JUNK.  Deborah hit the nail on the head -- this is crap made by cheap labor in Mexico and China, but this $hithole company is still charging as if the fine workers in the Carolinas were still doing the job !

I wish I would have seen this a year ago.  We also thought that Thomasville was quality furniture.  We bought a sectional for $4000 expecting it to last for many years.  Well, it is now only 10 months old and just popped 3 springs.  We don't allow our children to jump on it, and my husband and I are not large at all.  We called 10 days ago to tell them, and they still haven't come to pick it up.  The old couch we had never popped a spring, was 11 years old, and had kids jumping on it all the time.  No couch should even pop a spring from normal sitting.  This is ridiculous.  I'm hoping that they'll give me a full refund, and I will GLADLY give them back this couch.

One year old leather top of the line couch and love seat.  Leather worn off cushions.  Thomasville is supposed to be sending new leather covers.  Waiting for a match.   Sitting on love seat tonight, got up and the springs broke through the bottom and tore through the liner on bottom.  Plastic clips were holding it in.  Not big people in this house either.  Just my husband and me.  Calling them FIRST thing in the morning. I will NEVER buy Thomasville again.  Run.... run.. run....

Two years ago we bought a chair and love seat.  Two months ago the chair popped a spring through the bottom cloth. The store said this was known defect.  The clips holding the springs were changed from metal to plastic.  The repair guys were way behind and it might take a while.  Well just a few days ago two springs popped out on our love seat.  The repair guy still has not arrived from the first time.  Makes you wonder if they would ever do pro-active repairs rather than wait for something to happen!
