I have voiced my concerns to many Rogers Rep's on the phone I have. The Sony drops calls and makes calls on it's own.They refused to give me a new phone even though I told them I have a special needs child and I cant afford to miss or have my calls drop 2 minutes into a call. I ordered a phone on December 20 (of course the phone stop working) and they said it would take 3-5 business days. I called Roger's over 7 times on the status of my phone,and each time no one knew where the phone was. Although I have a $300 limit on my account the cut my service without any notice at $153 dollaes. I was told by a rep to call when I get my phone so I can get a credit on the time I have been without a phone. The next Rep (mike) I spoke to said no credit was gonna been made and that "if I paid my bill I would not been without service. They treated me like I was not a customer and continued to disrespect me. Why should I pay a bill when i have no phone for a month now? I have cut my service with them in the past and paid $400 cancellation fees because of the service and it looks like I will be doing the same. They lied,disrespected and continue to have no empathy for me. Until this is resolved I will fight for what is right!
