I had Dish Network through a bundle with ATT back in around 2007 or so. I moved by the end of July 2008 and disconnected services with ATT.  ATT informed me that I had to call Dish Network and I did. I received two boxes to return the units, which I did in Aug 2008.
A month later I received my final bill for ATT with no issues.
Apparently ATT ended their agreement with you in 2010 and probably received a list of your customers from them. All of a sudden (Oct 2011) after two years of not having the service or even living in the same state were the service was previously connected I receive a letter stating that Dish Network will be billing me directly from now on. I called your call center and informed one of your agents that I have not had service for two years and the agent stated that they show that I have had service for all this time! WOW!  If I did, who has been paying for it all this time and how did they enjoy it without the units, I asked. He said they would investigate.
A few days later I received their bill and I called again. Had to go through the whole story with a new agent and he said that he would disconnect the service and that a supervisor would call me the investigation was completed.  No telephone call so I called numerous times and sent many emails with no solution.  Since I did not receive another bill or correspondence I assumed that the issue and your mistake was resolved but that you did not have the courtesy to give me a call and let me know.
Then I received a call from a collector in the middle of 2011 and I had to go over the whole story again. Did not hear from them again until a few days ago were I received a bill.
These is harassment and without reason. It is clearly a mistake from your part and I want this resolved immediately. I did my part when I disconnected service now do yours!
