Charged and no services rendered

Tried to rent a car from them twice. They had the wrong rental company, the wrong location and the wrong time when I received my itinerary. Made alternate plans after two failed attempts. They will not refund the money for the rental or the additional insurance I paid for both attempts. I hope someone starts a class action lawsuit against these lying, dirty [***].
