sent in a special for two magazines- good housekeeping and woman'sday for $14.97

Paid Woman'sday -9.00 on April 11,2017 and still get bill for 14.97  for Goodhousekeeping. This bill should be cheaper.
Can not find phone no. to call. Getting very upset .
