Was supposed to be a one time charge in September. Cannot find where to cancel, the link does not exist need it cancelled asap and $12.98 returned.

Contact your bank..
Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charge as fraudulent, and have them block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
