I ordered some pajama's from this company and they charged me in two separate charges and I think they are trying to charge me a membership fee as well. It is ridiculous the way businesses think it's okay to do this. They will lose a lot of business this way.

    I hope this will dissuade people from using Fredericks.

    There are other reports that they deceptively sign up customers for some "membership" with monthly charges.

    Dispute all fraudulent charges through your bank, and block the card number or close the account to prevent further fraud.

    File fraud complaints with FTC.
