My call was from Zack Snyder, US Dept of Legal Affairs, 909-666-8801 from Rialto, CA. Same threats as those posts before me, I think.....his accent was so heavy, I could barely understand him.

    Bunch of Indians with cheap, anonymous VoIP scamming Americans from safely across an ocean.
    Since you could barely understand him, if he keeps calling, why don't you have a REAL HARD TIME understanding him.
