Charged for PPV movies that I didn't watch and then was sent over to collections

I was charged for PPV movies that I didn't watch. How could I order movies when I wasn't even home. no one in my house hold was home at the time they are saying we watched these movies. Then they told me they would fix my account. MY bill was only supposed to be 35 per month but they kept charged me 67.00 I finally canceled my account because they couldn't get it right. Now they have sent me to collections and the collection agency just told me that they are charging me for early cancellation but when we did a 3 way call with Direct tv the lady at direct tv told me that they were not charging me for early cancellation but for 3 movies and the bill was 160.00 how can they charge me for 3 PPV movies when they are only 3.99 a piece in the first place. Then after speaking with her I spoke with the collection agency once again and they state that I am getting charged for cancellation fees again. they have it recorded that direct tv says they are not but the collection agency says they are. I am so frustrated I just want to scream.
