Never go through Hotwire

I had the most horrible experience with Hotwire, I suggest NO ONE goes through this website for their traveling needs. Pay an extra 30$ and go through the actual airline itself. I could write a 4 page complaint abou the issues I had to go through with those people. Take my advise and stay CLEAR of hotwire!!
