$63.90 charge on my credit card without authorization

Today I checked my bank account and saw Trend Micro charged me an unauthorized $63.90 for virous protection. I called 1-800-864-6027 and talked to a person on the first attempt and they said that in 5 to 7 days they would reinverse my money. Very quick, very understanding.
