Late delivery And asking extra amount for door delivery

Dear Sir,
  My Consumer Number is 608773 by name of M.A.Abbas here we have lots problems in door delivery.The delivery man who come to my home, has asking extra amount to deliver the cylinder. If i give the correct amount, he said for this amount you only come to the office and collect the cylinder.I have booked gas for home delivery on 22.12.2008 but till today 30.12.2008 not yet delivered.Whenever i go to office or make phone calls for asking why cylinder has not deliver means the distributor said this is the rule that means you only book the cylinder after one month of delivery and we delivered the cylinder after one week or ten days ok booking date.That is on the last month i have book cylinder on 10.11.2008 and delivered on 22.11.2008. and this month i booked on 22.12.2008 and not yet delivered.

   I'm sorry to say, we are facing much problems due to this type of service and it is regular happening with our distributor.
