Book at your risk

I booked my car through carrental.com to Advantage for a full size.  Advantage Rent a Car customers are slow and have problem with every single customer.  I booked a full size car.  First, I waited almost an hour.  Then the rep told me only mid size available.  Either you take it or leave it.  
Expect this will happen to you!
