I have been daily receiving messages from airtel that 'Your airtel games mania subscription has been renewed from airtel subscription' and after that my balance gets deducted. My balance is being decreasing by rs.5 everyday for the past one month. Customer care services are unable to provide any help. Please help me unsubscribe games mania subscription as soon as possible. Really not happy with Airtel.

    Games mania deducts Rs.5 daily from my account saying my subscription on games mania has been renewed. I can't unsubscribe it. The only option i have is to send 'stop' to 121, but when i send the same i got the reply which said i have no active subscription to my number. Anyway, the daily deduction is still continuing. Please deactivate it for me. Thank you so much.

    game mania service is activated on my no without my permission by airtel.n I hv complained my times to airtel costumer service to deactivate this service.but there is no positive response by airtel till.daily I m gettin 5 Rs deduction from my account balance...what is this...?
    I hv been using this no since last 3 three year..so m not hoping this kind of behavior by airtel..so sortout my problem as soon..
