I purchaed a Vehicle Warranty Service in 7/13/09 from SecureChoice; I had a water pump installed 16 months ago and that was paid for and a rental car was paid.  Today, 1/18/11 I needed a starter installed and this company state that I did not complete the maintenance on my car.  What maintenance is needed for a started that quits??? My Good Year repair man states that I have a good maintenanc record.  I am very upsent with the lack of integrity of this company and I would like to contact others that have had this problem of "Closed Claim Report" and do a class action suit against this company. There are many complaints when I try to reach them at customerservice@cdwsnow.com.  Look them up for yourselve.

    i bought your plan 03/29/2010 agreement number 7h734483  on my dodge magnum last 6 vin 734483  i took my car to dealer to have it checked out  it needs about 850 dollors worth of parts  and i was told that i did not meet all the requirements  please tell me why my contract is no good any more

    I have experienced the same problem.  The transmission has gone out in my 99 Eclipse.  Cost approx $2,000-$3,000 to get this fixed.  Denied claim 4 times because of "tire size".  I have called every phone number that i have, and have gone through every single automated option and have NEVER been able to talk to a real person!  What phone number has everyone been calling to get to talk to a real person?!  Please help.

    I brought a warranty in 2008 after wrongly beleiving that the company calling me was associated with Audi. The company that sold me the warranty promised a $500 gas card which never appeared despite me chasing them 6 times. CDWS claimed that the company that sold their product was nothing to do with them. Avoid this company and their products, after I brought the warranty and researched them I found untold complaints about them and their services!
