My STC Mobile Number is +966502605375.  I am loosing a considerable amount of money against SMS from http:/mozook.com/d.aspx.  I had approached even STC Customer Care for their assistance, but they are helpless.  So, I would request the Complaint Cell to kindly assist me in deactiving frequent SMS from the said website.

    my al jawwal # 0509514246, I reload 10 sr a few minutes ago, it was reloaded but late i did not use it, i just hear a last call message that my 10 sr was all gone. the expiry date of prepaid card was 29.09.2013 and the card serial # 5082018658 amout 10 sr . I am asking what is happening, I am using this sim card for eight year(8yrs) with out any problem.  can you give me an information why it happens. thank you and God Bless
