I had cancel my membership 15 days before my time limit and they still charge it to my credit card it went like this over two months I try to reach them but nowhere to be contacted.I'm really [***] I want my money back .

    Numerous consumer complaints report that they will keep taking your money as long as they have an active account to charge, ignoring cancellations.

    Make sure you have cancelled IN WRITING, mailed certified mail, to the cancellation address from your contract.

    Dispute all unauthorized charges through your bank, and close the account or block the card number to prevent fraudulent charges.

    If you have further problems, contact your local District Attorney's Consumer Protection Unit.
