I got my teen a phone through Rogers what a mistake ! she paid for a warranty , when it broke she went to the store
to get it fixed they told her to go to another one across town  that one was closed , she went back another day they were very rude to her they did not give her any information , didn't tell her how long it would be , did not give her a temporary replacement
she left upset at how they treated her ... a month went by ... no one called ,she tried to find out again just rude no answers . I finally got her a cell through a different carrier but Rogers STILL not telling us where the cell is charges me every month and refuses to cancel the cell . They are the worst company I have ever dealt with I am so beyond frustrated with them .
