Unwanted repeated calls

I just received another call.  I let him go through all he needed to.  He asked for my expiration date and I refused.  He became angry and asked why I didn't feel comfortable giving him my expiration date.  I told him it was because I didn't even have a master card.  He asked why I would do that, he was very angry with me.  I simply responded I was very angry when I'm busy doing something and take time out of my day to answer these ridiculous calls.  He responded, "Oh OK Baby Jackie, you were just playing with me".  So over these calls.  They are starting to come up as local numbers.  I have a local business and cannot afford to miss a call to a number I do not know!!!
