Well it seems that from the top (Mark Light) down,  Kay Jewelers is run by a pack of gutter feeders.  They say s*(& runs downhill.  If the buck stop with Light,  the downhill begins with Light.  They way those people treat their employees is beyond belief.  They will have one of their "comment team" write a reply to this post.  You can read previous complaints and replies and see a pattern where they post replies.  My friend has worked for Kays for years.  She was a manager,  highly successful, but she had one thing going against her.  She was getting old.  At Kay Jewelers and Sterling Inc.,  if your old,  you need to be replaced.  Doesn't matter about your performance,  hours worked, of loyalty to the company.  Old = replaced.  Kay's will fabricate a reason to either fire or demote you.  They would rather fire you....but after losing a multi-million dollar EEOC suit...they are more discrete now.  But go to the bank on this.  If your over 50, and you work for Kays or Sterling,  BEWARE.  Your day to day.  Mark Light....to say your shameful would be a total understatement !
