Harassing phone calls

I KEEP getting calls from Rachel and Heather at card holder services. This has been going on for years. It's annoying enough that they call every day but, it's also at the most inconvenient times (napping, washing dishes, sick, or just busy with every day life). I always answer my phone because I never know when it might be my kids or others trying to reach me from someone else' phone.  I am also receiving calls form "Your vehicle's extended warranty service". I have asked and told them to stop calling, to no avail. Please make it stop!
