Rust

I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator in January 2015.  The doors are showing rust all over.  I bought the refrig from Sears.  I filed a complaint and Sears will sent out a technician in order for me to get a new refrig.  If they say it is just cosmetic and will not replace I will take this complaint to the news stations.  Sears has been good to me for many years and never denied me a replacement.  I hope I do not have to fight for a new refrig.  Let's see what happens .
