Washer rusting around the bleach fill Dispenser

My whirlpool Cabrio washer is rusting around the bleach dispenser something has to be done . A class action lawsuit would be nice . this needs to be fixed it is a problem with  a lot of these washers .everyone is complaining about it. For me to fix it it would be over $400 just in parts not counting all of the labor.If whirlpool can’t stand behind their product  . We don’t need to buy them!
