Sounds like a cramming scam..
If they're making unauthorized charges to your credit card or checking account, immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have your bank block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA. File fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the US Postal Inspector.
