Received shipment charged to credit card that I DID NOT ok.

I recently OKed a shipment of Somnapure Natural sleep aid, which I gave my credit card to pay for shipping. They have now sent me a bottle of 60 pills and have charged my credit card about $70, and I DID  NOT order.
How can I get this stopped?
