I was told I would have 7 days to cancel from letters arrival.  It came yesterday.  Your company has already taken money out of my bank account, the $39.95.  I want to cancel and a full refund.  The person barely spoke english and got my email wrong.  I will stop payment on this fiasco scam you have going

    This is a "discount membership" cramming scam.  

    You were never intended to have a fair chance to cancel before being charged, and even if you had, they would have ignored your cancellation and taken your money anyway.  They will keep taking your money as long as they can.  Any promised "savings" will never be worth more than they take from you, if you could get them at all.

    Immediately contact your bank to dispute any unauthorized charges as fraudulent, and close your account or block your card number to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  your bank can reverse charges if you dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
