To whom it May Concern:
I recently got back from a trip back home in Lima, Peru. I got my cell phone bill charges and Rogers were charging me $1065.00 for 71 gbytes. I only watched 2 music videos, in the whole time I was there. I was shocked to find out that I was charged 15 dollars a Gbyte. This is outrageous!!!!!!! No one informed me of this when I signed up for rogers in the first place. I do not feel that I have to pay this amount, since no one informed me. When I called, Rogers to complain, the woman I talked to said that it was my fault for not inquiring before I left. That everyone else who goes overseas, phones ahead of time before travelling, which I think is not true at all. I think that Rogers is taking advantage of people, and I will be cancelling all of my services with Rogers, if something is not done about this!!!!!!! I think that big companies make therepackages sound wonderful on the phone, but when you get your bills, it is another story. I have had other problems with my cell phone service charges in the past. I am not happy with Rogers at all!!!!!!!! I hope that in the future Rogers will explain packages FULLY, before anyone signs up!!!!!!! Please respond to me as soon as possible.
