Have paid for service now get reminders to resubscribe

Have paid for service now get reminders to sign on again. Paid 11/04/2011 n my credit card. Do not get the scan when I log on to my computer. If you can not resole then I am going to put it in contest with my credit card company. Have paid 53.45 and 8.51 for service.
