Non Authorized Charge on my Debit Card ending in 4494 !!

You have made a  unauthorized charge on my debit card. I did not want to purchase this in any way. If it was done by mistake it was a total accident. Please see that my debit card ending in 4494 will show a deposit or credit for the full amount.
