Scam - legal case being filed against me

Voicemail with robocall that tells me I have a case being filed and to get details gave me a case number and callback number ************ declaring themselves as a company named FSC and when I would not give them a case number until they identified themselves and the exact company they hung up on me. Then called them back with the same except they put me on hold first then told me the communication was a mistake and then hung up on me. Reverse lookup led that the number was registered to peerless network not FSC and FSC tracks back to a American Veterans Affairs Entity. Please beware!
