Gravano, Mattrey & Mayner called me yesterday in reference to a payday loan i took out last year with CashNet, They first asked that if I took this loan out with the intension of not paying back, I expalined my situation and they actually listened and were very insightfull and treated me with respect,
They then expalained how the whole payday loan works and how the actual lender adds very high interest fee's and late charges, They worked with me and together we were able to come to an agreement, Not once did this company threaten me they just expalined the problems and costs associated with not paying the debt, I dont understand I read other posts and it seams like people are making up lies maybe to get out of paying back $$ that was borrowed to them, My advice either dont get a loan if you cant pay it back, or when a company like this calls u and expalins to u why there calling liston to there options and maybe they can help others out like they did with me, Thank You !

Numerous complaints of illegal threatening calls, pretending to be suing with fake "court case" numbers, impersonating cops and attorneys, harassing relatives, etc.  All the fine practices for which Buffalo is so well known.

And now we have shills to tell us how wonderful they are.

If you have problems with them, contact FTC and the NY AG.

Looks like the same old "criminal prosecution" fake court case racket, evading validation.
