Callers have an Indian Accent and when ask them for a phone number to call to request removal of auto calls or if I ask to speak to a supervisor they hang up. Calls come in every 30 minutes on different days. One caller said the name of the company is Card member services in Orlando Florida when I asked the name of the CEO the call was terminated by the caller. The info they are asking for is your credit card information.

    Probably a scam..

The use of the vague, generic name that sounds like it might be associated with "your credit card company" may be an opening for a "lower your interest rates" scam.  These scams will promise to supposedly "lower your interest rate", but will instead charge you hundreds of dollars, then string you along with promises until they run out the 60 day dispute period.  They have operated out of call centers in Florida or Georgia.

Yea I got that, just wanted to put info out there to warn others this so called co is phishing for info. Recvd another call from “CardMember Services” when I said my battery was dying I asked for a new miner to call them back they gave me US Banks 800 Card Member Services number. I called advised the rep what had just happened and she said unfortunately she wouldn’t be able to do anything bi wasn’t looking for them to do anything just letting them know that they are being sort of framed or blamed for these calls and that maybe they can put out an alert to their customers and she said no. So know something say something was taken lightly and without regard for its consumers and customers. Guess I know who not to do business with.
