I got the membership 3 years ago. I paid the 5,000 membership as everyone. There is no savings as they promise. High shipping and handdling price. Takes for ever to order and have your product. NO REFUNDS for products or membership fee. People really need to stop visiting their showroom beacause these company are really good sealing memberships at high price. This is probably you think that you are going to get somenthing good back. Ionly bought a refrigerator and it came crashed (no refuns). It toke for ever to get it and did not save any money buying plus it is really frustating to fight all the time with their sales staff. DO NOT PAY FOR THE MEMBERSHIP THIS MUCH. It does not woth at all.

    Wow way to articulate how bad DirectBuy is. There is no handling charges on a fridge and in most cases delivery to the home ranges from free up to $49.00. I know this because I just bought one from DirectBuy of Las Vegas. I saved 350.00 over the best price I could find which was at an online place called AJ Madison. Not a bad savings considering DirectBuy told me when I joined that the savings on appliances would be less than almost everything else. I am very happy with my DirectBuy membership.
