Complaint

I ordered the Proactive, not the vitamins but they send them anyway. They charged my account, and when I called to complain they said I should have called to cancel because the put the invoice in the box, which I never saw. I'am still waiting to see if they credit back my account.

    It's a cramming scam..
Just sending a fabricated invoice in the box that adds unordered merchandise does not establish "authorization" after the fact.
You didn't authorize it, so their extra charge for unordered merchandise is fraudulent.  They are engaging in fraud through deception hiding behind the "plausible deniability" that this is "just some mistake that you could have prevented".

They probably also didn't tell you they signed you up for MONTHLY shipments and charges.

File a fraud dispute through your bank for the unauthorized charge, and have your bank block your card number or shut down your account to prevent future fraudulent charges.  In addition, file fraud complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General, and a mail fraud complaint with the US Postal Inspector.
