Sales junction charged us $500 for a service year where a sales staffer of ours logged in twice.  OK, he shouldn't have logged in, but he did.  Sales Junction charged us for another year, $500, for the upcoming year of services when we had canceled services the year earlier.  They did not honor our cancel.  We fought and fought and we never received any reconciliation on this.  The company lied to us, told us if we canceled our complaint with American Express they would refund us half.  (that's half of $500, not the $1000).  We canceled our complaint with American Express and they sent a check for $250 that bounced.  Sales Junction stopped payment on the agreed upon refund.  How unprofessional?  We are so upset with their poor business practices we needed to share.  We will never see our first $500 they charged for a silly error on the part of an unknowing sales worker, now of course they earned an extra $500 for charging us after we cancelled.  If this is how they choose to earn their sales, good luck finding customers!  For us, business is about service, support and quality.  Sales Junction does not provide service, support or quality anything.  We use Microsofts CRM instead.  Sales Junction does not adhere to professional business practices.  They stole $500 from our company, lied about a refund and they are getting away with it.  Google Sales Junction complaints, you will find plenty more stating the same thing.  They charge for services not rendered.  I hope the state they are incorporated takes their business license away.

Yes, this is true.  Sales Junction charged me for a year of service that I tried to cancel.  I lost $500.  They sent me a bunch of papers stating I couldn't get a refund.  Whatever.  They suck.
