First rep who was in different time zone requested my info via fax when I explained I do not have access to fax and have to mail in information.  We kept missing each other's phone calls, but he did not return calls at the times I requested, when I would be available.  Re-assigned a new rep in my time zone, who does not seem to know what information is needed and when, so she keeps calling and requesting different information or more information or updated information -- does she not know how to do her job?  I get the impression WF is a bit on the snotty side, hey?

    I have been trying to get a modification since last year!  I was told that I did not qualify for the HAMP or HARP I can't remember which came first!  Then I was told that the new program would start in June so I waited and applied on June 1, 2012 and TODAY, I received a notice that "I withdrew my modification application" - are you kidding me!  I have been off work for the past 3 months and wanted this in place because I had no idea how long I would be off.  The Home Preservation Specialist sent me this letter stating who he was and how it was important for us to communicate, that I could call on him if I had any questions  or if I was not satisfied I could speak with his supervisor-RIGHT!  Well, he goes on "military leave" no notice to me as I tried and tried to speak to him, leaving message after message.  Finally,  there is a message that he won't be in for another 2 weeks  and his back-up will be "happy" to assist me.  RIGHT! WRONG!!!  I left many messages for him to call me regarding the status, no response, so I hit the "any specialist" number and was told that he had made several attempts to contact me and no answer. RIGHT- I gave you a cell phone number, a cell phone that I keep with me 24/7!  Well, he called the house number-DUH!   So asked for the supervisor-RIGHT!  WRONG AGAIN!!!  After leaving several messages for him to call me back, I called and hit the number to get "any specialist" and requested to have my case re-assigned to someone that would honor what was written on paper and sent to me in the mail-you know that stuff about "communication" and "you can speak with my supervisor, if you are not happy"  well that seemed to work, after several requests.  I had a rather nice young lady that appeared to care about me and my deteriorating situation.  Another letter in the mail about her being my specialist and happy to work with me.  Well, she explained what was needed of me to keep moving forward and I complied- I learned a very important thing after this one.  I had to call and speak with "any specialist" again.  This time "any specialist" took the time to walk through all the documents and explained the order they should be in and double checked that I had everything needed before she ended the call.  I faxed and priority mailed EVERYTHING in, after waiting a couple of days to ensure that all documents were in order and received, I called to ensure receipt.  Yep, got it.  Then I received a notice from the female that was assigned my case/file that Mr Military Leave had returned and my case/file was being returned to him for completion. NO, NO, NO!!!  He called me to assure me that he was going to follow-up and explained what was still needed (REALLY) and then it would be the end of the week before his supervisor would review and forward to the Under Writers but he would definitely call at the end of the week.  He did - yippie!  I received a notice in the mail stating information was missing and another notice saying they had everything.  I called to find out which notice was correct and "any specialist" indicated that everything was there and it was moving to the Under Writer.

    Fast forward to today, August 6th, remember I started this process on June 1st, I get a notice in the mail that I withdrew my application!  WHAT!!!!  I call to speak with "My Specialist" but of course I only got his voice mail so I hit the "any specialist" button and was told that I had missing documents - pay stubs!  REALLY????  What is going on????  After a L-O-N-G conversation with her and on the verge of tears because I really wanted to let her have it, I thanked her for allowing me to vent, I apologized that she was receiving the brunt of my frustrations and wanted to ensure that she documented, as well as recorded the conversation!  WELLS FARGO IS TOTALLY USELESS!!!  

    And now I apologize to you for enduring my frustrations all over again.  I am going to try another route because WELLS FARGO HAS ABSOLUTELY NO INTENTION OF HELPING ANYONE-NONE, NADA, ZERO!!!
