Daily reduction of balance of Rs10/ without using igmobi.com

After giving complaints to unsubscribe from igmobi.com through net/personal telephone calls to customer care for last four days,no action has been taken. I am losing Rs10/ daily as it is being charged without using that fictitious igmobi.com.Please act at earliest.
